It took 160 engineers for the Automobile Manufacturers to make Xylo the masterpiece of design and engineering that it is. These engineers were handpicked from across the country, each of them considered expert Automobile manufacturers.

Ever manufacturing process has been optimized by the Automobile Manufacturers to handle the car's special requirements. The Testing Procedures

Automobile manufacturers Mahindra & Mahindra likes to call the utility vehicle Xylo, "A car that has been tested in hell." It was put through over 1 million Kms of testing. Xylo was sent to frost bitten parts of the country like Manali, hottest regions like the deserts of Rajasthan and to the dizzy heights of Leh, all of which it could overcome with relative ease.



Global exposure

Mahindra & Mahindra Xylo has been tested in conditions that don't even exist in India by these Automobile Manufacturers. As a part of its Global testing destinations, utility vehicle Xylo was sent to explore the expressways of South Africa where it sustained high speeds of over 160 kmph for hours. It went through specialized testing by experts in Germany and UK and has proved its Global Standards.



Virtual Ordeal

The other part of Utility Vehicle Xylo's testing procedure involved computerized virtual worlds where Mahindra & Mahindra was tested for durability, reliability, Noise-Vibration-Harshness levels, crash worthiness, aerodynamics and more. The use of Advanced computer software by the Automobile Manufacturers enabled the simulation of punishing conditions like an overload of 24 adult passengers or potholes three times the size of regular ones. Utility Vehicle Mahindra Xylo performed extremely well in these tests also.
